Projects
My portfolio spans over 10 years, with work for clients, builders, cabinet manufacturers and designers. Reference projects by the hashtag in your contact request.
Midtown Modern (#DOWL)
This midcentury house was in rough shape, but my client had a wonderful vision to bring it to life. They started with opening the wall up to create peninsula with seating. Then we added tons of pullout storage and beautiful display areas. I’ve worked on three projects with this homeowner and always love the challange of helping them fullfill their vision.
Wide Open Ranch (#HINE)
When you buy a ranch you need a magnificent ranch house like this to relax in after a long day. This client started the kitchen design pallatte based on the Grey Glazed Rustic Oak Cabinets. We added a huge painted island with loads of storage and extra seating. Then we moved into the Laundry and baths. Lots of pics here, so click all the way through.
Antique Restore (#OREI)
This 100+ year old house had a multitude of problems for my clients, but the results were amazing. This kitchen was so tiny and was an odd layout, so we gutted it and used every square inch to it’s fullest. The entryway cabinets were a challange to design, but the homeowner says “that is the hardest working space in the whole house”.
Builder Custom (#SIX3)
I worked with this builder for about 5 years and this was one of our last projects. I didn’t get many photos, but I love this one of the range wall. The contrasting interior of the cabinet and the Rustic Oak base on the hood broke up the white kitchen without making the space too “warm”. Scroll through for their dream Laundry room.

Contemporary Shine (#SIMP)
I LOVE working in contemporary design and these high gloss lacquer cabinets made such a statement in the space. The floors and decor were more rustic in style, but against this shiny backdrop, my client’s love of contemporary shone through brightly.
Rustic Love (#BEND)
This country client was stuck in the burbs, so we replaced the tired 90’s traditional with this Rustic Love kitchen. We retained some of the traditional aspects as to stay within the style of the house, but amplified the rustic touch by layering texture on texture. The first photo is missing the backsplash, so flip through to see it and the 4 foot workstation sink.
Cascia Craftsman (#CASC)
My client brought me the first sketch and we barely changed a thing. Their ideas were so spot on that I just had to bring them to life. The spaces were a bit awkward because of the age of the craftsman home, but we made it work. The results were amazing and she ended up referring me for a friend’s remodel.
Prep Kitchen Magic (#SIX1)
This home was my builder’s showpiece. It was only the second house I did with them and it was a welcome challange. It was my first prep kitchen (which I regretably missed in the photographs), but certainly not my last. The Jack and Jill bath is one of my favorites ever and the laundry room is a true oasis.
Colorful Character (#SIX2)
This was my favorite with this builder, because it had COLOR!. Everything we had done to that point had been white, but they needed a really snazzy eyecatcher for the Parade of Homes that year. That enormous hood and X-style island ends were a huge hit, as well as the fun laundry room and unique mudroom.
